If you believe in anything it will materialized. Darkness and lightness both can be neutralized if you believe nothing matters and stay clam. That is the journey all the ascended one is and was. They work on nothing to be matter and state of calmness. Whatever we have around us is our creations or reflections then why have good or bad feelings towards it. It just is or they are what they are.
And the Matrix that you talk about it is yours, only yours :) your creation will control you till you harmonize yourself and do not let it move you.
So just be in state of no judgement it’s like having two children and you claiming one is bad and one is good. Your thoughts and feelings are all your children. Just be with them without judgement. Just try it for few 2nd you will be shocked.
