This video was gas!!!! It's nice to get a behind the scenes look at the life and conversation had between snooker players. John Virgo was the only one who didn't use bad language haha now I know why Jimmy White doesn't do TV commentary on matches 😃😃😃😃

Paul Gallagher I’m a republican but it’s stupid to make out only loyalists supported Alex and no catholics. Yes he was a Protestant but he didn’t have much good to say about the British establishment either. He transcends all that sectarian nonsense.

very sad seeing alex at the end but also seeing the man fight was awesome, I saw him at Bristol still playing and winning money off of the punters not long before he passed, smoking a joint with a half of Guinness and a vodka and orange all going for him.......
Another classic and the person responsible for truly putting snooker on the map was no other than Alex Higgins. One of the few players who could keep you on the very edge of your seat, the original anti hero, the peoples champion and the without a doubt the most talented snooker player ever seen, rip Alex.
I absolutely worshipped Alex when I was a lad- this is great footage but very painful for those of us who grew up loving the Huirricaine. Jimmy seems a real genuine lad as well mind. Great people.AS an aside- John virgo opened up the lcoal leasure centre around mine in about 1986/7 and the ex brother in law beat him 2-1- he wasn't happy I can tell you. r.ip. The Hurricaine.

Alex Higgins organs must of been struggling in that video. His heart would of been beating twice as fast, his liver was battered, his throat was shrivelled up and destroyed, and his whole body was weak

The bit that made me sad is Alex Higgins saying “Driver, would you open the window?” then saying “Perfect, sweet”. His voice sounds unrecognisable.
