Before it haven't been like that last time I check you can take picture in public always. This woman shouldn't been ever talking to you she is security for private property and she is in public property. This woman don't know how cameras work wait till this become CZcams famous. This defiantly need a revisit asap. What's the address so I can google earth to look up way better picture we of this place.
