I got my toes crushed between door shutter and the floor ,it pained me enormously . Just then I had read the our dear Lady Louise Hay describe it as a process of affirming that my toes are sensitive . After I did this the pain subsided and I really laughed. Am really discovering that I have alot of anger and as a mom my babies are also teaching me alot of how to heal I listen to this atleast twice a day and its hard to apply the knowledge but it's worth it bcoz am slowly healing and know I will continue awakening live in present and notice my thoughts and my reactions and realising old beliefs and old habits as Louise instructs us to do.

She hugely suffered in younger years. Yet had the inherent strength in CORE of her being to become a World Spiritual Guru. Ancient Vedanta also gives similar teachings. Religion divides. Authentic spiritualism unites.
I was so disappointed of the life I was living and I knew my inner child was miserable. Now since listening to Louis Hay and meditation my inner child is now happy and my life is in the best transition ever, I’m so happy for myself and the life I’m about to live.
