Tbh it's just malady medal but wayyyyy better. Only thing malady medal is better at is it being a accessory

while making this video I noticed about how flawed the melady medal is by design due to its lack of interactions and usability, definitely will get its own video

​@@3ndyFrontierthe debuff from malady medal slightly holds it back but if it didt have that pilgrammed would have a massive power scaling issue so i respect it. And since you can stack it with chaos cultist it would be insanely op especially against enemys that doesnt give any debuffs.

First of all , u can use the mana cuff to cope with the mana lost whilst using the knight talisman allowing u to use the blood chalice in the same build too , second u can use the malady medal WITH the sunbreaker armour to make it EXTREMELY broken due to the insane amount of buffs the sunbreaker gives .

i could send u a list of status effects for chaos cultist (its a message by bonzods himself), some of them are really useful and it wasnt pointed out in the video
anyway, since ur planning to talk about malady medal, witch armor set is pretty similar to chaos cultist and malady medal too

My favorite combo with chaos cultist is mysterious charm + rampage. I can get rampage from mysterious charm enemies. Also if lucky I can get mysterious power for +15% damage.
