Surgery depends on the size of the cyst , if the cyst size is less than 3 cm and symptoms controlled with medication surgery isn’t necessary at the moment .

Hi thank you for the response . Cyst 3 cm with pain olleth kond surgery is a good option . After surgery you must try conceiving like the doctor advised as it can further reduce the recurrence of endometriosis if you are pregnant . So plan on joining your husband after surgery . These are the biological ways via which endometriosis can be controlled .
