Everyone acting like Sasuke shouldve been able to dodge Borushiki seem to forget a few things:
1. Sasuke is already exhausted from using his Rinnegan so many times.
2. He sensed Boruto coming, so he wouldn't expect a threat.
3. Sasuke's Sharingan isn't active. The Sharingan perceives movement, NOT the Rinnegan.
4. Borushiki is seen dodging Amaterasu in this same scene, so he's faster than sight (lightspeed [edit: meant lightning speed]).

Anyways, Naruto in base is seen able to react to the vanishing rasengan and smack it gone. Whereas, Sasuke in base but exhausted couldn’t react what so ever. One thing the war showed us is that naruto is high level sensory ninja. Only using sage mode naruto sensed the entire war and maybe not how many but he sensed a lot of death and hate. Also could sense during the pain arc who in the village was dead.

Do not know how it happened, but in Manga chapter 73 only Otsusuki being like Kawaki and Sasuke Rinnegan can sense the presence of Otsusuki Momoshiki even he just posessing in Boruto body. Check it out. Hope Sasuke use left synthetic Hashirama cell made by Tsunade after WW4 to fight in perfect true power of Uchiha protect the Konoha. 👍🏻

What is with Sasuke getting folded by otsutsukis lately, gets pushed back by kinshiki, gets his chakra stolen and his butt kicked by urashiki, gets complely dominated and given the feet by isshiki and gets his rinnegan lost and defeat by a vanishing rasengan by momoahiki
He beat Kinshiki and never lost. Urashiki is filler. Outsmarted Isshiki multiple times leading to his defeat. Even used his own abilities against him. Likewise with Momo who never beat him (just knocked him down temporarily).
