Gettin excited my fellow razorback fans and very happy Patrino is our offensive coordinator.
7-5 or 8-4. I think people are underestimating the facts that this year ARKANSAS WILL SCORE ALOT OF POINTS. Plus their defense is stout. I wouldn't be surprised with 8-4 or 9-3
If Arkansas had Petrino last year, we wouldn’t even be in these conversations about Pittman leaving. Have they scored an average of six points more game we would’ve been seven and five maybe eight and four and I would be well. I’m not saying it’s the offensive line, the players that was so bad last year. It was the actual offensive coaching.
I can’t believe fans are still overestimating the hogs. People were screaming 9+wins last year and when I said we’d struggle to win 6, they called me a fake fan.
This season will be no different. Lots of close losses, moral victories, and disappointment.

@@SincereMathis 4-0 means wins over two cupcakes, one average auburn team that stomped us last year, and OSU. A 4-0 start can still mean a 4-8 year. And that’s assuming we do beat auburn and osu. Never underestimate the hog’s ability to lose winnable games.

Do yall realize all the games we lost last year were close except Auburn and Missouri? We had two games we lost by 7 points. Two games we lost by 3 points and one game we lost by 4 points. Two blowout losses at the end of the year when all hope was lost. We were so competitive last year early on. I think this team goes 8-4 this year! Woooo pigggg!!!!!!

That's the Down side of BP being OC we will improve enough to save sams job then BP will accept another job and we're stuck with Sam another year or two

You are correct, and as a fan! A 6-6 with a bowl win will make me more excited for the 2025 season! Giving some roots for BP to really dive into the transfer portal and recruit with a full term.

I'd love to see Pitman remain and have success as the Head Hog. The cherry on top is having a content Petrino unleashing a top rated offense.

Everybody just expecting OSU to beat Arkansas is silly. They’re not a consistent team and always seem to start slow. I’m not saying it’s an automatic W, but the odds are 55/45 Arkansas in my opinion. I also thing if they have a good offensive season that they be able to pull off a major upset against a rival like LSU. 6-6 to 8-4 imo

It’s gonna come down to how many close games they win. If they lose multiple close games or give up leads in the fourth quarter, Sam will be let go.

I will start of by saying i have been a Hog Fan for almost 60 Years. I can say without a doubt that was the Worth Offensive line i have seen during those 60 Years. You hear all kinds of Rumors, i think they Deliberately let KJ get nailed on purpose many times and you could see on Replay all the time. Cause when a player is looking around for someone to Block and your Man just nailed your Quarterback making you look like one of the three stooges. What i am saying, it was done for lots of reasons. One, the Offensive Line never Adapted to Enos's Philisophy therefore never knew the Assignments, thinking to much since it was the total opposite of Briles Offense. Back in the day, i was a good athlete. I strongly believe if you are thinking to mych in any sport, you are not going to reach your ceiling. You gotta rely on your Instincts and God Given Ability. The old saying is that uf you snooze, you loose applies in almost every sport. The other reasons they blocked so poorly was poor Camaraderie among the Lineman with them making around $45, 000 a piece from Wright's Barbecue and your Quarterback making anywhere in the 1million to 1.5 Million range strutting around in a brand new Cornerback might make you a little envious. Whether KJ was Flaunting it or Overly Cocky, only the Players would know that. But Nil, and poor Coaching the Offensive Line and seeing they were doing it on Purpose Contributed to 4-8. Cause Talent wise, we should have been at least 8-4. But Kennedy, Pittman or both had to see it. If it was me, i think i could have 5 Lineman out of 16 or 17 that would show no Animosity towards KJ and give alot better effort and would have gave us at least two more wins. I am so Tickled Sam is playing the GA on the Offensive Line and Spending 30 minutes a day with them and i will Guarantee they will be at least 6 times more Physical and Strain more in the Trenches this year, WOO PIG

I read it and I believe you have a point. They didn't yet understand enos's complex blocking schemes. It takes at least 2 years to put in a prostyle offense for various reasons. The O line being jealous about nil $ is very possible. Never under estimate a humans ability to be jealous or resentful.
With the improved offense under BP I can see us improving next year. Anywhere between 6-6 to 8-4 next season. Definitely wont go 4-8 again. We could slowly improve to a consistent 9-3 or better team after several years with BP
Really? DEFINITELY won’t go 4-8? I’m sure you said there was no way we’d go 6-6 in 2022 and I’m sure you said there was no way we’d go 4-8 last year. Any fan that hasn’t learned this yet is just ignoring the obvious. The hogs LOVE to underperform and letdown their fans. They don’t try at all to win. All we know is losses and moral victories. We won’t win more than 4 games this year

Yea and there’s a reason why. All he’s done is take us from the crap show that was the Chadwick era and move us up to “being good enough to barely lose 34 one possession games against the best of the sec but at the same time playing like crap against mediocre teams like auburn and byu”.
I look at it this way. If Bobby was our O Coordinator last year what do I think our record would have been. I say at the minimum 6-6… maybe 7-5 or 8-4… Yes Bobby is 3-4 wins better than Dan Enos. Lost to BYU by 7… LSU by 3… Miss St by 4… Bama by 3… Ole Miss by 7…. If Bobby was there last year we win 3 out of those 5… Lots of Changes since last year. If we can average over 5 yds on the ground we go bowling and finish 7-5..
To arkansas fans from a fellow lifetime arkansas fan: set your expectations LOW. If we exceed them great and if we don't were not disappointed
