Ingredients for Mutton bowling

Mutton 1.5 kg
Cardamom 7 pcs
Pepper seed ½ tsp
Bay leaves 3 pcs
Cinnamon 3 pcs (3 inches)
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt 2 tbsp
For cooking Masala
_____________________________
1/2 cup ghee
Onion sliced 3 medium
Tomato slices 2 medium
Ginger & garlic 1 tbsp
Arabic masala 2 tbsp

Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Chilli powder 1 tbsp
Yogurt 170gm
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped mint leaves
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
For cooking rice

Water (18 cups )around 4.5 litres
Basmati rice 3 cups (Soaked for 30 mins)
cardamom 6 pcs
clovers 8 pcs
cinnamon sticks 3
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Lemon juice ½ tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 2 tbsp
