I have to admit that when I saw it for the first time, the ending kind of made me mad. It, to me at the time, made no sense and didn't fit with the storyline. Oh how wrong and naïve I was then. The ending is what truly makes the movie such a masterpiece. It at first makes no sense, but the more you think about it, the more sense it makes, and the more your imagination wanders.
Unfortunately for me, the first time I watched interstellar I was young and very confused, It didn't make sense to me until I got older but the first time I watched it and understood it was such a great feeling. Definitely my favorite sci-fi movie of all time
Yesterday I was driving home from work late at night in the rain and this song came on; I’d forgotten I put it on my playlist. I put it on loop and drove around for an extra fifteen minutes because it was such an incredible experience. Everything was so beautiful-it put everything into perspective and I realized all the little things I was worried about didn’t really matter that much. I highly highly recommend giving that a try next time it’s raining at night. Put on this song and go for a drive. It’s amazing, I promise.

Think of it like this: the music is the paint, and your brain is the brush. The music supplies your brain with what it needs to create universes, realms that you never thought you could come up with. I've listened to music, and within the end of a 3 minute track, I've had an entire universe with unique characteristics and ideas in my head. The crazy part? First time I watched Interstellar was in an IMAX theater, and I haven't been to an IMAX theater since.
