That's because a lot of the things he's doing that's "NEW" is because he's never done it before. So he doesn't know how to pronounce many things. That's why he its "His take" on things. Even though he's never done many things before, in regards to technique, education, and awareness. For example there is "basic" pHO cooking techniques, he knows it based on experience and being shown. But when cooking dishes he's never done, you can see the inexperience, which makes you cringe a little. I'm saying this based on experience, and my vietnamese family. Because he's a typical vietnamese. :) But hey, he's producing new content when trying to cook stuff he's never done and we watch it because of the annoying things :)

Makes sense with the noodles, ot's much more easier to eat

The food in the movie was made out of those inexpensive noodles, but then the woman requested that their maid add some Korean beef "Hanwoo" sirloin steak. It's more expensive than the Japanese Wagyu. That's how privileged that rich family was. They can nonchalantly add some expensive meat to a relatively inexpensive "snack" just because they feel like it.

In my experience it doesn't heavily scratch non stick so long as he's doing what he's doing, which is lightly moving it over the food in this video
