I followed the instructions and did it on floor, after making it straight it gets to 45 degree, they start to break

Don't be fooled by the apparent low price, Ikea sells the doors, the hinges, the feet the crown molding and plinth separately. Doors can add $300 dollars or more to the cost of the base cabinet depending on style; if you have an exposed side and need a side panel that is added to the cost, if you want more that the standard 3 shelves that come with the unit you must add more money . This way my $ 300 pantry became $ 1000 pantry.
You right, this tall pantry cabinet the most expensive cab in the kitchen.

Standard plastic legs under cabinet, so have place for standart clips kick.
Thanks for sharing, I see that you didn't use the suspension rail and you attached two screws on each side into the wall plate, is that enough to hold the weight of the cabinet plus appliances?
Cabinet stay on plastic feet so the main weight on it. Two screws just hold it to the wall.
I used this method many-many years and never got problem.
This screws a specially designed for cabinet installation and hardened.

@@DrJaceyl Just double check if you have any ceiling light with trim on the way when cabinet doors will opened. I have to install a door near a couple lights little down to pass trim just 1/16"-1/8" (3mm)

Great - but - How do you fasten the tall cabinets to the wall; certainly not by using the ikea rails. Im just going to screw through the back.
Screw into top wall frame.
Top of the wall frame has two 2×4 and its usually down 2" from the ceiling corner.
How did you secure the pantry cabinet to the wall? I will also need to install very tall IKEA cabinets soon.
Same with other top hanging cabinets - just screw in the metal hanger in to top wall frame board. Check your wall from ceiling corner down with tiny nails (like 18 GA nail gun). You can see where is wood ended. Usually wood came down about 2"- 2.5" from the ceiling corner.
Check this video, here you can see how it works with cabinet above refrigerator. So same technique with all other cabinets.

Yes, can be on rail. In my case top horizontal wall frame was enough low to screw it into wood without rail. Looks like top wall frame was build with double 2x4's.

Preparation, primer, at list two coat of paint, replace all hardware, hinge, sliders, paint supplies, primer, paint. In my area that labor would cost almost same with new IKEA cabinets.

I would not use IKEA legs without the suspension system. Very weak install!
Can you tell me how other brands installed? They don't have any suspension system. Answer - screws to the wall only. All American kitchen cabinets hold by screws to the wall studs only.
All cabinets included this one secured with screws to the wall through the top metal suspension bracket. But no reason for metal wall rail if I have wood frame in wall.
