We enjoyed watching your video. Very informative. But what we want to know is how wheelchair friendly are these resorts. All resort videos we've watched are great but we're always hoping for more information about wheelchairs.
Thanks so much for your comment. We did see some wheelchairs but not many. They do have accessible rooms, but you will need to be very specific as to what you need. The huge property has shuttles that take you between all three buildings. I'm not sure how accessible they are though. If you choose to stay at the Grand, you may want to stay at the Grand. It is the nicest of the three. We are a full-service travel agency and can help you get the best room for your needs or find the best property for your situation.

We’ve been going to Palace resorts for past 25 years and have stayed at the Grand at least 10 times. We absolutely love it.
