This is the one they opened with when I saw them a few days ago. It was without a doubt one of the most mind-melting shows I've ever seen. 9 people on stage and they behaved like a murmuration of starlings, swooping from one soundscape to the next in perfect synchronization. The highest highs and lowest lows I've ever seen a band pull off. So glad I didn't miss a second of their show.
He manages to distil every part of rock n roll, blues, gospel, jazz with sublime production and a voice that makes you know he means every single word.
