BOOK REVIEW ("The best way to develop your own thinking is by evaluating the thinking of others") 1-Identify the author's purpose for writing. 2-Identify the author's purpose for the thesis. 3-Identify the arguments used in support of the thesis. 4-Evaluate the arguments with support. 5-Draw conclusions about the book's usefulness and impact.
You could learn a lot from this video. It's great for all kinds of academic levels. This is one video, you most definitely would want to share and rewatch.
Very appreciable... u have explained each and everything that can help in writing a best review ... My professor has given me to write a review on any political book but I have not enough time to understand how to write it along with preparation of exams but U teach me very well about review writing so I can say that u r my teacher... thanks alot
Was expecting some academically innovative book review, but when it ended up with a children's book, I was quite shocked! Still, can't say it's totally worthless as till the end, before the sample review, the video looks so convincing. Good job! :)
I am soon going to do something like this. Im at highschool, and I have got this task, to talk about two books, about the same writer, and about the same subject. The hungergames, has two books, and I am going to comepare the two books. Is that a book review?
I have something to say about this session. 1) That was a pretty impressive presentation. 2) Your voice is slightly annoying. 3) Why don't you ask questions during the workshop so that the students can actually i interact with your workshop? I know you probably had a 'Q&A' at the end, but I would have though that it would be more useful to interact. My opinion anyways. 4) Do you do more of these workshops? 5) Is this the Theology department?
