I am a crafter and love all these ideas. But what people doesn't realize that by the time you by all your supplies and put your time into something like this you could by a well made rug already that is just as good. All of these videos are made so you will spend more money at this store. We consumers need to be smarter. Crafting was once a way to make things that saved you money. Now the powers to be caught wind of this and decided hey we can make money by charging more for craft supplies. we can package it in smaller quantities and that way they will need to buy more packages to finish a project. When they repackage an item they usually means they down sized the package but charged more and say its better. This is with everything now a days. I can't go to the store and by basic groceries for a family of 2 without spending 50-75 dollars, for meat, potatoes, eggs, flour, sugar, milk, cheese, coffee, coffee creamer, butter, bread and cereal. If you do it wont last a week. I love these videos and love the feeling I get when I craft something and save money. I just wished i had that feeling more often. Got to be better ways to save and been more thrifty and crafty.
When ever you use duck tape or glue, first thought that comes to mind is...they can't be washed, or cleaned. A lot of your ideas are good, but some seem very wasteful. So much left over fabric. Some you could buy it already made for less than the supplies.
Some of these ideas are costly...just buy a rug...not to mention time consuming...keep it simple...it's dollar tree items
I thought the same thing
The dollar tree mop rug is not a good idea... as much as you spend for all those mops and supplies you could just buy a rug
Almost all of these would be cheaper and a whole lot less work to just go buy what you want.
You beat me to it! I was going to say the same thing --- 8 mops x 2 rows + 2 to fill in gaps for a total of 18 mops, + 2 rubber underlayment, 20 items x $1.25 each, comes to a WHOPPIN $25.... for one unattractive rug....
NEXT!
I was trying to count the pieces. 😂
But some of the ideas showing personality. Better to thrift and reuse those items to recreate the products.
Exactly, that was my first thought.
my rugs need to be able to be washed
Well, I would love to be there, dear, when you wash that white rug made with mops! What a mess that will be. Lol
These are all too expensive, too time intense, just too involved to be practical. Definitely a thumbs down.
Who does crafting in high heels? LOL!
Just buy a rug. Too much with work.
Very clever way to do prints on a rug
1&3 combined! Boom!!! You’re welcome.🤪
Using drop cloth to make a rug amazing I might actually try that
Too much hard work when you can just buy a rug cheaper 😩
I have found that the amount of products that you need to buy at Dollar Tree to make these products end up being very expensive.
Can you put these rugs in the washer or steam clean them? Do they last?
Great idea 💡❤😊
Too much work 4 me lol
Some interesting rug ideas. On way of getting what you want. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Let's cover a fabric bin with fabric. 😂😂 But for real you are able to customize the bin and make it sturdier.
Ooooooo! I'm loving this so far! Thanks for sharing 😊
Dust dust and more dust.
Who paints a rug wearing four inch heels
These are really bad ideas. Are we running out of ideas
