An amusing thought is that until Cell became perfect, he still kept drinking people. He even tried drinking Vegeta. If he waited long enough before emerging, he could have become perfect and maybe drank Dabura, Babidi and even Majin Boo. Then, he would have been the most powerful being in the universe until Lord Beerus came along. Of course, he probably would have just killed everyone and everything long before then so, even in a Fanfiction it would be unlikely.
