Actually since the first movie they were planning a sequel but the proyect remained paused for almost a decade until they revealed the sequel was already on production on 2020
@@Sonic-um8ph it’s not that deep bro
Bros PC didnt fried a chicken after the Avatar water 💀💀
Imagine being worked on for a decade only to get beat by a sequel of a spin-off of shrek
And the fact they had 3 amazing "villains"
Death - The force of Nature
Goldilocks - The redeemed one
Jack - The unredeemable
Without feeling overly clustered
What really struck me with puss in boots was that it felt like it was the last puss and boots movie we're ganna get and they really went all out. It really gave me chills when the logo of dreamworks was playing, seeing all those characters who's movies had their closure and now....puss's movie has come to an end with his last life being the most meaningful and, if not, the best. Binged watched every movie showed in the logo timeframe and cried as it ends.
Avatar is not known for story it is known for cinematic experience
Puss in boots is my favourite movie and I loved to watch its next part, I always loved to wait for it. The last wish trailer was released about a year ago and I was desperate to watch this movie, waited too long
Puss in Boots 2 was simply the best $5 I have ever spent on cinema, straight up.
where are you getting a $5 ticket?? Wyoming?
@@Frostbite_Unturned i said I went to movie. Not seeing geyser at national park.
@@DarrenStevensohnOfficial No duh. My point is that $5 is a very cheap ticket nowadays. It's $15 here in Utah
@@Frostbite_Unturned i already said I lived in different country. This whole world is not just US.
@@DarrenStevensohnOfficial Sorry, just assumed because of the '$'. I know many countries use dollars too, but it's typically a good guess.
When dreamworks add blood you know that they’re not holding back.
Edit: is the comment section a war? Or a fight or just talking
Edit2: I FORGOT TO SAY THANKS FOR 682 LIKES UP THERE UP THERE

Edit4: cat with swod better then blue strong warrior people people
fax🤯🤯🤯😈😈😈😈🖤🖤🖤definitely one of if not the best Animated movies
I don't get why everyones making a big deal about that, plenty of kids shows have blood! I mean the blood in the magic school bus is still in the bloodstream, but it's blood non the less.
@@RandomPOVs that’s different chief. Blood being shown to educate vs blood being shown due to violence
@@RandomPOVs in this case its not the blood specifically that carries the shock factor, but the fact that puss in boots, the breakneck hero is now facing an opponent that can and will kill him
I Know right. We haven't seen a 3D well made animated movie with bleeding. Oh wait, there's Arcane. Nvm
We waited a decade for a puss in boots sequel too tbh
It was a perfect mix of funny, scycotic and trauma
Y’all my friend learned how to whistle like Death after we all saw the movie 😭
Puss in Boots is the perfect embodiment of *Expect disappointment, and you'll never be disappointed*
also one greatest of the villain introductions ever.
That quote means that the thing is still bad
Just you didn’t have huge expectations so its not as disappointing
What?
Expect disappointment so you won't be disappointed is used to refer to something actually Disappointing that you expected to be actually Disappointing
Wrong quote bruh, you wanted to sound intelligent?💀🤓
@@Midasty lol fr
I loved the movie and how it portrayed different perspectives on death.
DreamWorks making a comeback with Puss in Boots and The Bad Guys
A donkey movie would go crazy
Directors and writers: write it down secretly.
Eh
WRITE THAT DOWN, WRITE THAT DOWN
Donkey and Dragon movie
I want a Gingy movie
From the very trailer I knew that Avatar 2 was just buying viewers with nostalgia
explain to me how this is the case
So you didn't even watch the movie?
@@marfa.h3526 No, because it's not worth it, honestly I didn't even liked 1st part that much
@@racingneko you should watch it and then try. avatar is a good movie with nice world building and a way to question yourself. will you help humanity at the expense of others? Allow the destruction of sentient planet for the well being of a species even if said species are the cause of their own demise?
I went to see avatar 2 at the cinema, it felt super dragged out and got boring. Long movies can be good, but that one was okay at best. The first movie was pretty good but in the second one they literally spent like half the movie just drowning😭
never cried for a movie before, and then puss in boots appeared tho its for a younger target audience 💀💀 found my new comfort movie 🤣🤣😭
It was all good until goldi revealed what her wish was😭 what made it even worse is that they actually supported her instead of just backing out.
Which made for the perfect ending.
I didn't even know this was the SECOND Puss in Boots movie; I thought there were a lot more
Correction: Avatar 2 was not hyped up for a decade, it was hyped for a month before the release
You clearly have been living under a rock. Hyping a movie doesn’t always mean that have to release the trailer years ago. James Cameron has been saying in every interview that he was working on Avatar 2 and “it will be amazing” for like a decade.
People literally have been asking for sequal since a decade ago.
Puss in Boots didn't pretend to be anything but an adventure. Most times it didn't take itself too seriously. It was good and the villains did their job to move the story.
They gave a cat a cape. Nuff said.
Puss in boots = literally my favourite movie
The movie we didn't deserve, but the movie we needed.
The diversity of colors in puss in boots was beautiful. Bright vibrant yellow red and blue flower colors in the giant scene. And then glassy dark red purple and black in the cave where death reveals he is death not hypothetically or theoretically or metaphorically.
the simpler the better and it's not about Idea but about how you execute it
Tbh sameee I liked puss in boots way more, the story was adorable their were plot twists, AND it teaches you a lesson..I really think this movie deserves more credit
Puss in boots the last wish gotta be one of the best things that happened in the movies history.
your pfp tells it all

It really does seem like I’m the only person who genuinely adored avatar 2. I liked it better than the first
Agreed one of my favorites
Nah we're here. We're just not as loud or care about this weird competition. Avatar 2 was phenomenal
@@JH-xc9we yes exactly
they had us in the first half not gonna lie
I don't think better or not better matters, they both were good, and I enjoyed both
Honestly PIB2 was honestly really nice to see
I was happy to see dreamworks do a way better job than what they did with the first movie,
My main issue in the 1st movie is that it honestly felt like nothing was accomplished, but the new one feels like an actual character study.
well the first was a prequel to shrek
Honestly?
I prefeer the first one much more, it’s colors are less rainbowy and more realistic, I like the story and I don’t like this stupid thing of lowering the frames when something is happening, it’s just overrated
@@V1ncenz010 i respect your opinion but I prefer the aesthetic and it was probably to save money, the pacing was better and they managed to keep every antagonistic character well fleshed out.
Also, expect upcoming dreamworks movies to have a lower framerate, they’ve done it twice so far (PIB2 and the bad guys.)
Just goes to show that a movie is not carried by a huge budget, state of the art technology, or hype.
It is carried by story, characters, plot, and clever writing.
except its not because avatar is the highest grossing movie of all time
@@ajani6854 Just because a film grossed a lot of money, doesn't automatically make it a great movie.
Look at Lion King 2019, that grossed well over 1 billion and aside from the visuals, it's a travesty of a film.
Genuinely great films, don't need a high box office earning to stay relevant to the conversation.
I really enjoyed watching both movies, but puss in boots was much deeper and had me thinking about it more. But avatar did make me cry lmao
Especially Big Jack Horner. He was fire. One of the best villians of last decade.
Ngl, Avatar got the best visuals bro. It's like comeback of the year
none of its new, weve been seeing the same uncanny cgi for the past 5 years

Both Puss and Avatar are in their own league and I don’t believe that one is better than the other.
I’ve watched both movies and enjoyed them equally.
Perrito carried the movie as well. The dog literally experienced 3 attempted murders and saw it as a fun game of hide and seek.
Puss in boots the last wish was honestly the best movie I ever seen
