Everyone’s so harsh on here Jesus. He puts so much time and work into all his videos and this was a fun trip video/first time he and I had ever worked together. Ease up and just enjoy the video. He creates stories all the time. Let him have fun editing some times holy shit haha.
Charly Jordan yeah people can be harsh but as an artist you have to be able to take criticism. It is all subjective at the end of the day and if you condition your audience to expect something then of course there’s going to be some sideways looks and comments.
Came out awesome, great job you guys :) It's fun muting the video and seeing how many different tracks could fit into this ;p.

I want you to know that Hawaii is more than just a place for getting incredible footage of half naked girls. Hawaii is full of culture and history but I feel like every time you make a video here it’s just the same mainstream videos that everyone tries to shoot when they are here. Seems very shallow and uncultured.

All that amazing scenery and I felt like all we saw was a half naked woman followed by the same repetitive shots over and over and over. I honestly used to love your work but I have no idea what this is. Could have been condensed into a 1 minute video and had 100x more impact. No hate man, just my honest feelings.

Is anyone else kind of glad that they feel the same as everyone else in response to how this video felt? I also felt like my tastes must have changed but reading these comments it's true. It feels like every other video, no story, no emotion. Pretty shots with no reason as to why there is a beautiful girl standing there.
Though the shots are all awesome, I couldnt find the story or what is trying to be told here. I love you work but typically the story is so strong. This one was simply same shots, diff location and outfit..

For people like you who want to see all of the "cool" stuff just be aware that filmmaking is an art , its very SELF expressive which means the person creating sees and interprets things the way THEY see them. Just because there's no effects or "cool" edits doesnt mean that he has to keep posting the same style of work. If you're a filmmaker you would understand, trying different things and exploring is what makes you better. Who knows maybe this shoot was difficult or something happened where he wasn't able to do what he wanted no-one knows and honestly it doesnt matter. Respect the art form

Yo, I actually think this is such a solid video. I know that the comment section is being hyper critical knowing that Jordan is well known for being such an amazing story teller, and I understand how this can seem lack lustre from his other videos in terms of, but I understand this. The thought, the shot selection, the intention. Genius nonetheless. Nothing short of quality and creativity.

For all of you who keeps saying things like I miss old Taylor and all that crap shut the hell up. This video is lit af! If you don’t like it shut up and go watch the Kardshains. And the ones who keep saying that it doesn’t have a story, well travel videos doesn’t have to necessarily have a story! Travel videos must be aesthetically pleasing and must make us viewers wanna travel and live life. This video does make me wanna travel Hawaii and live my life. Also stop relating his film style to his personal life and remember the beauty about travel videos like this is, its beautiful with or without a story!
