I honestly just want to thank you for this. I swear drifting in Forza was my weak point and it really upset me that such a famous feature was something I couldn't enjoy. I avoided drift zones in Horizon 3 and 4 because I just couldn't understand what was going on and now after seeing your video I'm getting 3 stars on those drift zones with a bloody good smile on my face. Thank you so much!
drifting is so much fun in this game I could spend hours on the mountain road drifting up and down

Idk why but for me fh4 it was so snappy when turning into a drift it always cuts back but in fh5 its so smooth and ez to control

Thank you so much!!!! I tested what I learned here with a Hoonicorn and I achieved 3 stars in every drift zone and it took me less than 40 minutes, it was a really helpful video.
Love the way this guy says "Forza" and "Nissan", I'm not trying to make fun of him or anything I just thought it was interesting.
I looked up to see what others have done to make their drift cars after I got done building my '98 Nissan Silvia K's Aero and I saw this video. It definitely helped me out quite a bit especially with tuning however, I just decided to run stock tires it's a lot easier for me.

The best explanation of how to drift ive seen! I am finally to the point that i can drift proficiently but this actually showed me a ton of things i was doing wrong! I was on the right track..but still doing it incorrectly! Thanks a ton!

Quick personal tip: put the brake bias more towards the front and raise the pressure, It’s really good to create a pendulum like effect and helps transition quickly by tapping the brakes and turning.

Holyyyyyyy i used this exact tune on a silvia s14 and it is godly! Legit took maybe 5 minutes at most to get the counter steering and power down but i got it like that! I love this guy! Worth a sub :)

How do you know it's JDM? Right hand drive could also mean it's UKDM.

V8s are good for drifting because they build power easyer and you get that instant power every time you tap the gas
@@torturedkfpemployee883 that instant power is only superchargers, but the real reason why they are swapped for the ls platform (Chevys v8) is because they are small, make power easily, and are way more reliable then the original engine. They are also extremely easy to tune and have a huge aftermarket platform, and since they are so simplistic, if something breaks, it’s really easy to repair.

Hello thanks for the tutorial ! It’s great I massively improved my drifting technique, but when do I have to shift up or shift down ? I didn’t really understood that quite yet ! Should I also but my game in Sim steering or Standard ?

I’m a experienced FH player and know pretty much all of this already. That being said this was honestly a really good video and I feel like you perfectly covered all the bases. This could easily anyone drifting like a pro in no time. 🤙🏼

As a person who has played every single Burnout, and could drift everywhere... this is much more serious, and realistic than I was expecting... no wonder I cant drift in this game 😂
Love finding random people drifting around the map , found a guy switched to my ae86 trueno , and we drifted around for about three hours switching from lead to chase , and taking great pictures along the way also
that actually helped a lot I used to just smack some random tuning without knowing anything
Prob never will play this but fun to know stuff like this
The controller overlay is a nice touch!
irl rear toe out gives u more grip when accelerating and if you are in a big angle and you run out of traction and cant get the car straight again or it slides out of the corner just put a bit more negative (toe in) angle.
