Loved this man- as a beatboxer I've always had a bit of brain fog when it comes to thinking about making money from it, so this really helped. Also, this gave me yet more motivation to leave my family home in the country and move to London haha

Yoo bro maximum respect for the shoutout here only just stumbled across this! On a good day 5 years ago in London over £300 was actually quite easy on a summer saturday, its not like that now unfortunatly busking has takena turn in London but ive expanded my professional range to actually increase my earnings in the meantime. I think a huge area of beatbox for carrer prospects is tapping into long existing artforms. Speciically think of acting (Mikey Winslow being out pioneer) beatboxers have this huge scope to offer from comedy to the best voice actor in the world. I had an experience with paramount pictures where i met Jhonney Knoxville and nearly got a part. That changed my scope i started performing in theatre. Pretty soon with the beatbox academy we created a show that is now multi-award winning amd internationally touring "Frankenstein - How to make a Monster". This was only such a hit because that world doesnt know we exist as beatboxers, but present us rightwith a captivating story and we can blow peoples minds like we are some kind of super humans. The acting side has huge scope and is currently my primary income whilst at the same time being a small income for that industry. My 2nd most happy sub industry of beatbox ive entered is Medical beatbox. Now this area also has huge scope right across both the mental and pysical health spectrum from what Kaila and Mark do on mental health side to what i do with "Vocal Beats" started by zani and belle essentially teaching kids with breathing difficulties techniques. Most interesting about hs industry is the same in the majority of sub stems for bbx atm where jobs are only just appearing but there hasnt been propper funded research to test limitations, as a pioneer in any sub stem you can be the tester and or the teacher. By inserting yourself into a new stem early you can put your carrer path at the top of that stem for life. I do a bit of everything you mentioned here too but yeah deffo important for peeps to find new stems to dominate. One of the UKs top 100 entrepeneures once had a meeting with me after seeing busking. He took the liberty of doing a few hours study on the beatbox business market. FIRST thing he told me was your doing the right thing going all in 100% to push your beatbox carrer but your focusing on the wrong area. He told me "dont ever think your going to make a killer living from festivals and performances, I looked for an hour and I can already tell you in the UK Beardyman, Reeps, bbx collective and so many more have not only saturated that market but likely know every big contact so well itll be more work than its worth getting those gigs" i was confused as all I ever though possible then was performance really I never even thought of people selling beatbox sample packs which guys were doing in 2005 at least. He actually advised me "why dont you refocus on an untapped sub market suitable for your skills, I have a friend who owns the UKs largest childrens party entertainment company, this industry has a customer base of thousands and little to 0 peopke with your skills marketing a brand solely at this. Consider changing your name to robot boy and creating an image around that for bday parties" obviously as you can tell im still ABH, that wasnt the sub market for me BUT it opened my eyes to business sense. What we do at these limits is BRAND NEW and it turns out there alot of existing markets with huge prospects and 0 comparable competition. Any beatboxer who had ever been to a advert audition like yourself Brez will know as soon as people with mahnie see what you can do their mind starts ticking to think how they can use you to blow thier clients/audiences minds! My major realistic targets are now always corporate/public funded activity, but I dream of creating sound fx for movies in a dingy studio just me and a producer

I beatbox since I'm 17, I had a job until I was 25, and at 25 I dropped everything, I had no money, I just said fuck it, I wanna beatbox, and I went all in. It was hard for 3 years, then it got better.... and I lost it all with health and Coronavirus. I only live off government financial help (400 euro a month) since march because all my workshops and concerts were cancelled, but with hard work and determination it will all come back. It just takes courage and work, and insecurity will not be a problem anymore.

Je ne fais pas de beatbox et je ne compte pas en faire (il faut croire que je n'ai aucun talent artistique haha) mais c'est intéressant de voir comment les artistes font de l'argent. Ça revient souvent à la même chose, que tu sois beatboxer, musicien, acrobate, CZcamsr, ou même camgirl sur un site porno, il faut voir ce qu'on fait comme une business et avoir la flamme d'entrepreneur. Une fois qu'on a trouvé notre bon modèle d'affaire, c'est plus facile de monétiser ce qu'on fait. Les CZcamsrs vont souvent s'ouvrir une webshop ou ils vont vendre des produits exclusifs. Quand tu as 500 000 followers sur CZcams, tu n'es peut-être pas riche, mais si 10% de ces followers vont sur ta webshop et 25% d'entre eux achètent un produit à 10$ (ou euros, je suis Canadien :P), ça peut faire une bonne source de revenus. Bref, ce que tu expliques dans ta vidéo, ce sont des choses que j'ai entendu de la part de nombreux youtubers qui font des choses différentes. Si tu fais des prank videos par exemple, certains pranksters vont faire des show d'humour en live... Btw, your English is amazing. French people usually have a terrible accent, yours is perfect. You sound like a French Canadian who has been living in Toronto for years...
