@@gabosuper96 For the sunflowers it was a major thing for her empire in season one, and in Afterlife and season two Pearl is canonically a Goddess, with the title "Mother of sunflowers"

Forgot to tell you last episode but you've actually inspired me to clear out the hoard of stuff in my room irl and give away most of it to the local salvation army charity
I do love the poetry of Impulse getting the kill on the king to end it, when he was the one who got the quest to start the resistance in the first place. Some quality storytelling that came about by chance in the chaos of that free-for-all.
Pearl's storytelling is just superb. Not just in her style of editing and knitting together her content, but the narration and summary of the ressistance's final arc gave more life to the action despite condensing it. This was a satisfying conclusion for sure, watching from her perspective.
Bonus: the sunflowers tho 👀

I think what I love about the king plotline is that Ren ended it by turning himself into a Raid Boss from an MMO. He literally made a raid in Minecraft. I'm speechless.
I’m not too sure what you should sell the armour for, but you should double the price for Ren

@@HyperKR027 You have a point, the crown wasn't glowing when he had it on. However how would they have taken it, Pearl picked up all his stuff and even if someone else pick up the crown and stole it it couldn't be the same person that took the diamonds because they were all in the arena.
@@speedcuberanger5532 Storywise, someone successfully pulled off a money heist right under everyone's noses while they traverse the challenges. It's probably not that impossible for them to also sneak in and take the crown.
@@speedcuberanger5532 or we're just reading to much between the lines. The crown not being there could simply be because it was a retextured pumpkin amd Ren could'nt wear it while also wearing a Netherite Helmet.

You should hold an auction for the former king's armor starting at the low cost of 2 stacks of diamonds! Then let the bidding war begin amongst the hermits so you can really rack up a high price!
Hey pearl! There's actually a feature in the buildable vanilla tweaks texture pack that allows you to make sunflowers face different directions, you could make a texture pack with just that one feature if you wanted to! just figured you'd want to know bc you start off the video talking about those!~
I think an auction would be more fitting that setting a price for the Once King's gear.

Nah. Most hermits are big on things like Pokémon, so I bet the cards will be a success

There was a mini game in s7 I think that was a card game with survival aspects, and the hermits played it nearly every episode after the game was made

@@somejerkbag I think Tango made it, it was a collect stuff, don't get killed by ravagers, get cards kinda thing, forgot what it was called but Grian and Mumbo played it a lot, and the stuff didn't even have much value, yet they still collected so much, but ig beef's game really will not be played much because it looks like a regular card game

I imagine beef as a oil painter making portraits of his friends and asking them to come over for a while so they can serve as frame of reference for the details

We need to do a kickstarter to fund the card game as an actual physical game, or even a digital game you can get on steam.
Hermits are too protective of their brand to have their games outside of the servers. Xissuma answers similar questions in his q and a videos.

@@westernfamilyranchrottweil5373 Beef would have to get permission from all the hermits to use their names and looks of their skin's and Etho's skin is a copyright infringement waiting to happen in the branding process. I already know that Etho, Doc and Bdubs wouldn't consent because this very thing was why they left mindcrack in the first place.
@@JerezIwiski hmm... If we can have HermitGang bumping on my radio, then I can have faith in humanity and the camaraderie of our Hermits for the possibility to exist. Also, me expressing my interest in seeing them support each other and promote ALL of the hermits in such a brilliant wholesome way as Beef has started, is in no way me dismissing the shortcomings of the other server. I would say apples and oranges- but i think its more of an apples vs fish comparison they are so different. The respect these guys show one another is incredible- and I genuinely believe there is potential for this to be a mutually beneficial endeavor. You are entitled to your opinion as well- however I would kindly point out that one should never say never. Who knows if beef even wants to? Lol. But I for one will voice my praise for what he is doing- and if my family can play Hermitcraft TCG at home it would be such a joy for us- as we watch ALL the Hermits and love supporting all of them. I think the kings gear should be put up for auction, auction period lasts a month or two, but the only notification of the auction is in front of the armour stand

But now /I/ also wonder what happened to the crown. I can't remember if anyone else made a point of presenting the fact they got it, or if Ren had it on him during the fight (since he had a helmet on). I hope it's enjoying itself wherever it's ended up askjdh
If you do end up selling that armor.... sell it for blocks of Netherite, that is the most expensive and hardest ore to grind in any server, in Minecraft.

I actually enjoyed King Ren's rule (because of all the quests and prizes, which was a cool way to win back the diamonds, and make some extra ones too), up until he started forbidding those same quests, and everything else that followed. But it kept being really funny with the hermits still making quests just to annoy Ren. xD
I hope quests continue to exist in some form, and I'm also looking forward to seeing what the card game will be like. :)

The extra boop at the end was so fun! As for the King's armour, I'd price it at around 40, because 24 for the original diamond armour + some for the netherite + some for the enchantments + some for its "historical value". So yeah, around 40, but I might have over priced a bit.
