Hi, if you have already connected with your phone but having trouble of them being paired together try this: 1) Disconnect EKSA GT1 from your phone's Bluetooth devices pressing remove. 2) Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone. 3) Place earbuds in your ears and touch hold each for 10sec. You should hear first "power on" and then a beep. 4) Take them off, put earbuds in their case and close it. 5) Wait 10sec and take them out again. 6) Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and connect to your EKSA GT1.
