Residents divided on what the future holds for downtown Hagerstown

Hagerstown residents are divided about how they feel the downtown area is headed. Some residents said that although some things have improved, there are some bigger issues that have yet to be resolved.

It was just that 1 lady who was complaining and worried about safety. It ain't no more unsafe in 2024 than it was 10 years ago in 2014...what a crock of shit!
