I keep coming back to this mix and don't seem to be getting tired of it despite the fact that the music within it repeats, probably because it's got totally Oblivion vibes. I literally make myself fall asleep imagining I'm sitting by a fire in some dragon land.

Even with my ADHD medication, I struggle to focus. I'm a hobby writer, and writing brings me a lot of joy and peace, but I struggle to write when I can't focus. Your ambience has been my saving grace, because it's a perfect balance of sounds to fill the background of my mind, allowing me to sit quietly and wholly focused on my hobby.

Focus is a muscle that can be strengthened through meditation over a period of time. Focus on the breath, and every time your mind drifts, bring it back to the breath . Once you start hitting 30 plus minutes without stopping you'll notice a massive change
