In the first section, are you using white cocoa butter or is that just natural cocoa butter that is almost white? Thanks for the vids!

I don't remember how the fondant bon bons turned out. Would you do them again?
Someday I will pull my molds. I would like to buy colored cocoa butter but the shipping is unavoidable.
