- The latest installment of Serving Up Stories features a hole-in-the wall doughnut shop in New York City called the Doughnut Project. As co-founder Leslie Polizzotto explains, the Doughnut Project is named after its unique collaborations or "projects" with other shops, restaurants, and brands. Using flavors such as beets, olive oil, sesame seeds, champagne, and more, the Doughnut Project delivers delicious doughnuts like no other.

Truly amazing donuts. Was in nyc for a business trip a couple years ago and spotted the shop while walking back to the hotel after a run at the central park. I was hesitating whether to go in, but the lady in the video was kind enough to gently suggest I try the donuts.
The bread was amazing - it has the feel of a bread, not the crumbly feel from major brands. Also the salts and the sweets were just right - I guess that's due to the high quality ingredients.
Anyhow, 5 out 5 - a must if you are in nyc!
