The Flycat is made of strong EPO so it will take a few hard knocks. No need to worry about getting off on a runway as this is a brilliant hand launcher that is also easy to land. The pre-installed 70mm 12-Blade EDF runs on large 6S Lipo batteries for extreme power and lightning-fast speed and provides that super realistic sound that everyone likes on those high-speed passes. Yes, thanks to all (including Capt.Krist's junior Captain) for another great video.
And when I spoke to Capt Krist today, he mentioned to me, that it was not simple holding that cat tight and throwing it, because it has so wide and shallow fuselage under the wing.
Considering a number hand launching planes you guys have, you should build a catapult. I used it several times on combat races fifteen years ago and I am still impressed with the ease of take-off. Just my glass full of cviček.

OMG! This was the most exciting, heart stopping R/C flight I've seen in a long time! Good job not crashing on the first "twisty" hand toss! First landing was a bit robust (lol), but it's really a testament to EDF's toughness. Plane was very stable, as expected, like if it were on railroad tracks. Fly-by was very cool, grass landing was ok but I think it will do better on wheels. Great first EDF/Jet baptism flight Capt. Blaz! Salute! Salute, Gentlemen!

Captain Blaz really gave this plane a good durability test; accidental high speed landing and then a rather hard second landing. Looks like it flew great and you did good for your first EDF flight. I might get one of these sexy planes!

Stuart here from the Leinster model flying club in Dublin Ireland, have discovered your channel 2 weeks ago and I am loving your videos. Well done captain Blaz ducked fan EDFS are always hard to get in the air as the power is coming from the back. Hard luck on the first landing but well done for going back up to fly some guys would be to nervous to fly again. Great second flight and landing. Excellent flying Captain Blaž!!! What an amazing recovery from the first launch!!! Keep flying the electric planes!! I did see on another channel from GBLynden's RC that he had the battery much farther forward than the recommended CG and achieved straight and level flight at full throttle, just thought you might want to try it.
Oh, captain Blaz, that's one fast EDF. I was watching other videos on.that bird, and they were under hand tossing, it did seem like the best way. It is quick!
