I kind of want to see Billy and Dom, dressed as Pippin and Merry, going about different pubs of the Shire and "Eating the World" in character.
They need to dress in character but have gollum chasing them in a red sucks jersey. Always chasing those NY Yankees ring(S) 😆
I was lucky enough to be at this wonderful show live, it was an amazing and quite jolly experience

Honestly also brought back memories of a huge highlight of the summer (if not THE highlight), this con was just so incredible 🤩💙 And Red Sawx (😉), cannoli, Italian and Irish heritage, history: so many lovely aspects of New England in this episode. Just makes my heart so happeee 💙

I love that story about the Christmas truce even though parts of it have gotten romanticized over the years. It's actually from World War I (1914) because both sides were in their respective trenches when it started. They came out of the trenches to kick around a football in no man's land. I believe there was at least one movie made about it.
Next story Billy got wrong too 😁, it was Robert the Bruce in the cave with the spider, not Bonnie Prince Charlie.

I think the movie you're talking about is Joyeux Noël (2005), it's a french movie but I recommend it!

I have a food suggestion I think could score very well on "Billy & Dom Eat The World"
Cowboy Caviar:
3 bell peppers, diced (Red, Orange, Green for the best color)
1/2 Red Onion, diced and rinsed to remove some pungency
1 can of Black Beans, rinsed clean
1 can of Corn, strained
1/3 cup of Olive Oil
1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup of Sugar
This could rival Giardiniera for its vivid bright colors, incredibly flavor, and usefulness as it lasts long in the fridge and works well as a salsa, salad, side-dish, topping ect. I got this recipe at a family reunion about 6 years ago, apparently a version of it went viral on ticktock a few months ago.
Oh please do share Billy's video of Finn McCool and the Giant's Causeway. I'm sure it's delightful.

Robert the Bruce, Billy, not Bonny Prince Charlie. He was on Rathlin Island, Northern Ireland, not far from the Giant's Causeway.
I love how the stories from history were both kind of wrong. The football gave was during the First World War and it was Robert the Bruce who supposedly watched the spider.😂😂😂
