I love Bella’s story, it somewhat reminds me of myself.I used to be such a jealous physco that just wanted to be noticed, ever since some girl joined my school she nearly stole everything from me. And I used to get extremely jealous when my friends hang out with her. I would start yelling yelling non stop. She “stole” my crush’s attention,my friends , and even my parent’s attention. I felt quite sad for a while but I learned that it’s life, growing up is hard but necessary. I still kinda go through this but it’s better than before. Thank you MSA for publishing this amazing story!

There are many jealous narcissistic psychos in my life who act like saints and always pretend to be a bigger person. i agree Bella was being overly jealous and being mean to her new family, but i agree with her when it was in the dining table scene. seeing your OWN dad compliment someone and not you, especially just meeting them is quiet sad.

Handling a divorce is never easy. Especially for the kids. I felt bad for Bella. And of all days to file for divorce, her sweet 16… really? Bad timing people.

This was such a heartwarming story, Bella was actually becoming a villain due to the fact that she was going through a tuff life of her parent’s divorce while trying to accept change from her fathers support and Keisha wanting to be close to her but ending up rejecting her. Even though it was all a big misunderstanding from her mother exposing the real truth in order to protect Keisha by lying to her, hopefully that she’ll be able to forgive her and willing to give her a second chance to create a new life especially with Bella.

I loved that the main character was not a protagonist and was not the victim. This taught me that before you love other people you need to deal with your own problems, love yourself and be a well rounded person in general . I learnt that jealousy can hurt other people and that instead of focusing on the things you don't have focus on the things you do have and accept the present.
LOVE THIS STORY!!! it shows an incredible life lesson. I can also see why Bella turned against Keisha although Keisha did not do anything. I can see the jealousy could have taken over: 1. Its hard when our parents divorce, and especially when your step sibling calls your parent mom/dad. 2. Its difficult when someone your age that is perfect to not be jealous. 3. Its not easy adjusting to feeling alone when originally most people at school are friends, but then some girl swoops in and your left alone. also- question, how did Eloise just show up in Keisha's room out of nowhere? anyways I loved this!!

I understand Bella and my parents were separated a long time ago and it was quite hard and unpleasant for me that they are no longer together, it took me a long time to get over it and accept it already. It is normal for children to get upset when their parents decide not to be together anymore and it hurts them without thinking about how their decisions affect them, which is a common mistake caused by selfishness and lack of satisfaction between partners without thinking of the consequences that follow and how they bear them. Bella's parents should have taken their decision and thought about how their daughter would take the news and should have had a proper talk and sorted things out as a family instead of ruining her day and giving her the shocking news of her life to do to feel miserable, these things take time and need the support of loved ones to cope with the challenge. There is no way to accept such a sudden change, especially when it comes to the family it is not easy at all and it is not so difficult when it comes to the children. The poor girls Bella, Keisha and Eloise don't deserve to suffer because of their parents' decisions, it's good that Bella realized her mistake and made up with them before it was too late and I wish them the best of luck in building a good and happy future no matter what stand forward. 😔😌

Fantastic and mind-blowing story by MSA!!! Just like how Bella was projecting her own insecurities of facing a divorce to others I've also done that before in my past life which I am absolutely not proud of obviously so this video really hit home for me and found facts and past memories. But she did cross beyond the line by doing all that, I'm glad that Keisha was actually being nice in the first place in Eloise was actually talking sense for once and that she finally realized her mistake and now all three of them are besties!! In my opinion, Bella was somehow right. As a teen with separated parents it just hurts to see your half siblings enjoy a life that you also deserved. Her trauma has lead to her doing horrible things. Even after a while, it still hurts. She started feeling like the unloved child and she had the right to feel like that. She wasnt the villain of the story here.
