With due respect to all investors in Andhra capital Amaravati, the prices in 33000 acres capital area, is 40 t0 45 k per yard, which is over overpriced.... As u can see in the google maps.. except the layout nothing big near by the area.... it is around 25 to 30 kms from Vijayawada railway station.... Not even a single company started its construction with employment projection... The work began by CM CBN garu will be to construct houses for the employees to stay there.. but its not companies yet... We should have faith CBN garu, but is it not too early for having such 45k price as if 10 lakh employment is already there.... 45 k we get near by mokila, where world class villas are there 15 kms from financial district.... already 30 lakh direct and indirect IT employees staying there... most of them are my Andhra brothers... with 100 feet roads surrounding near by.... Still we dont know how much central government is going to fund.... lets wait... dont get emotional in the comments section....
Prices are not always linear, no one is buying these prices saying today it should be Rs 20,000/ yard and next year it should be Rs 25,000/yard..... lot of people cannot buy properties in hyderabad due to extreme pricing Rs 1-2 lakh per sq yard, they will come and buy now, so in 5 years it will be Rs 1-2 lakh per sq yard. There are already universities here and center needs CBN Mp support, if not for extreme stroke of luck this would have happened.
@@rams9382 sir for 1 to 2 lakh per square yards... We need to have atleast 20lakh employment in and around...like Gachibowli... Within 5kms... Kindly srinivas garu should throw some light... In the video Benz circle Vijayawada is 2lakh per yard.... As there is huge employment within Vijayawada... And it's center of Vijayawada....

After seeing the employment projection.... 2 lakh per yard in Vijayawada Benz circle also because they are populated and commercial cities... But the prices in amaravati... Hope investors money is safe
