hi my till is printing blank and at times stripes. I have changed the thermal till roll and made sure that the shiny side is correct. can you help?
Hi Pauline,
Thanks for watching our videos and for your comment.
It's possible that the thermal printer head has become dirty over the years with a build up of residue.
You could try cleaning the print head using a thermal print head cleaning pen.
The machine would have to be switched off when doing this.
Please it's very difficult to diagnose a problem without actually seeing the till, but that would be the first thing I would be looking at.
Pens available from all good stationers or if you are in the UK you can order from our Ebay store: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/THERMAL-PRINTER-PLATEN-ROLLER-PRINT-HEAD-PRINTHEAD-CLEANER-RESTORER-EZ-Off-amp-IPA-/252436352006?ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT

Thank you If E95 error how to fix?
Got a Casio SE-S10 today but when setting it up accidently pressed no. 2 instead of No 0 language and now has French words rather than English on my receipt. How do I change that? Any help please.
+Lottie McGoo Hi Lottie I would recommend re-setting the machine (ie. taking the batteries out turning off at the mains then back on again). All support for the Casio's can now be found at www.casiohelp.co.uk
