This chicken pie is everything you need for your iftar parties.This is a delicious pie which is made of chicken and vegetables.
These mini pies are best for your iftar cravings.
INGREDIENTS
For Dough
-flour 3 cups
-salt 1 tsp
-unsalted butter (soften at room temperature) 1/2 cup + 1 tbls
-cold milk 1 cup
mix all things in the flour.
knead the dough.
rest it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
MERINATION
-Chicken 300 grm ( cut into small pieces)
-salt 1 tsp
-ginger paste 1/2 tap
-garlic paste 1/2 tsp
-tikka masala 1 tbls
-oregano 1/2 tsp
-red chili powder 1/2 tsp
-black pepper 1 tbls
-white pepper 1/2 tsp
-flour 1 tbls
-milk 1/2 cup
-onion chopped 1/2 cup
-carrot chopped 1/2 cup
-Capsicum chopped 1/2 cup
METHOD
cook chicken with salt and ginger garlic paste.
add tikka masala, oregano, red chili powder, black pepper, white pepper, cook them.
add chooped onion, carrot and capsicum.
add flour and milk.
make shape.fill it with the chicken merination.
bake at pre-heated oven at 200°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
