When my buddy Jared asked if I wanted to enter a barbecue competition with him - I was a little hesitant. I'm just a guy who makes barbecue videos online, and some of these folks have been smoking since before I was born. After weeks of brainstorming and practice with Jared, I thought to myself, can I win my 1st bbq competition?
