End voting by mail, and ensure that illegals (benefits cheats) are not allowed to vote. ONLY Kanadians can vote WITH ID. No refugees, illegals, or people here on temporary/student visas. They don't vote for Kanadian's futures - they vote for more taxpayer funded benefits.
