I've always been inspired and motivated to start hitting the gym but it's always been in vain due to financial reasons and me spending all the money I have on study/education
I've even tried to workout at home and try out some calisthenics but it didn't go the way I wanted and I didn't feel it due to the stress that's been on me from education and the fact that I had to put up with a lot of financial troubles.
But at least I'm going to be graduating in a month and I've never been so happy to finally get the time for myself to start the chapter I've always wanted to and get on the fitness journey I've always dreamt of to myself. As always that video touched my heart and helped me get my smile back and realise there's still much more left for me to do in the future, you just need to have the mindset of changing to get somewhere further down the line, for yourself, for the better

manuel my parents dont let me take workout stuff only kids protein shakes- When I first started working out last july I was lifting almost everyday, Then I got my beginers build I was so happy with it. I was lifting with only dumbbells and They stopped working like I stopped making progress. Then it was like a couple months ago I started at the gym I only went like twice because I cant drive. It didnt work but I kept up with it. I now go only once because its not in my control and now I use the dumb bells again. Can I have tips?

yooo i am also workin out, i'm 14 years old, 171 cm tall and i weigh 73 kg. But 2 months ago i weighed 78 kg. I lost some fat and my face looks way better. Still grinding until i hit 60 kg. Also would you ever get a buzzcut and if yes then when?

@@mrmrmrsirsir bro if someone says their height, they always say _ cm or inches tall, the same with objects, for example: This speaker is 8 inches tall and 3 inches wide, even though it's not tall. And also if your height is 170 cm then there's no way you're ten years old, or if it is true then you're gonna be like 200-220 cm tall when you grow up. And if you're actually 10 years old, which i don't believe, you're not even supposed to be on this app. And also an average 14 year old male is around 159 - 162 cm tall, and i'm 10 cm past that. If you're 83 kg then you're either really fat (20 kg over the weight you're supposed to have considering your height) Or you somehow have 20 kg of muscle mass (which is impossible bcuz a 10 year old has 0 testostorone an you would need 6 years to build that much muscle, and i bet that you didn't start intensly training since you were 4 years old.)
