@@Jaytiss good for you. I feel Ziigaat makes very good IEMs. I think I would be quite excited if I found they did a $1k end game IEM. The graph you did on the Doscincos, looks like too much treble from 4k to 8k. Interesting. I use Comply foam tips with them, which work well dampening any noticable treble energy. With the Cincotres, I use Dunu S+S silicon tips as it works with the tuning quite well. Yeah man, excellent video.
@@earlybird3668they did make a $1k+ IEM. The Ziigaat Jupiter at about $1600, which is also mentioned in this video

This is one of my favorites, and it reminds of a Tea2 with just a bit more air, and the isobaric bass is legit.

I love EQ, so much so that it's a time suck for me. My brain mistakes me for a producer sometimes. Lol. Nice to see more embracing or openly talking about/advising eq. One of the things that confused me about this hobby, EQ adversity as well as bass adversity. 2 REALLY fun things. But that's just me 😎😜 people need to get over the KZ stuff. Even Apple has shady practices, sadly that's the corporate world. KZ atleast has attempted to change, publicly anyway

@@Jaytiss 100% Maybe you're agreeing or maybe it didn't come across that way. Lol. My point was no one, no company is devoid of mistakes. And there is so much judgement over KZ and those who still buy, review, enjoy, etc KZ products. Everyone has a right to their opinions but the judgement is unnecessary. Oof canceling, nope, not going on another rant 🙄😅 let's just say conversation is so much more productive than cancelation.

Looking forward to how it does with 3 drivers competing to 6,8,9 drivers IEMs.
Doscinco is the best one so far, much better than Cincotres or the Chopin for me. I liked both the Chopin and the Cincotres but there was some listening fatigue with the Cincotres and the Chopin seems a bit too recessed or weak in the mids. The Doscinco is very pleasant and care free with music. Only fault: a bit weak or not as resolving with speech (e.g. podcasts).
It’s a very nice set.
I really like my Cincotres, but I had to tip roll for a while. I eventually settled on Eletech Baroque Tips, which improved the sub-bass and the treble dip.
Eletech Baroque Tips are amazing. I love mine.
@Jaytiss for sure, they are the most comfortable tips IMO. Only the Audiosense S400 tips come as close comfort wise.

Interesting you're one of the few having less pref for doscinco.
Seems like your brain has settle for the subbass + laidback tuning of the p5 more than the bright 8khz and midbass charged of the doscinco.
You don't have hype4 for testing by any chance? This one is quite monitoring liike.

Don't use eq. Open the nozzle and place a medium sponge filters inside.
What does that mod do?
@Jaytiss changes the upper treble and upper mids. Ans makes the bass tone thicker too.There is 3 types. 1 is a sponge, 3 times .low.medium and high density. Then the 2nd is the circle sticker filter made from nylon.there is from 100 mesh to 600 mesh the higher you go the lower the treble comes out, they good but not for sweaty listening, because they get water and the driver starts to break if there is no air. Happens if you in the gym or beach. Then the 3rd type made from cotton. Same as the 2nd. But cotton is better for sweaty moments.same poeple place 2 the same. Big mistake , cuts the air flow and the driver starts to flex. What I do is in drivers no ba on the nozzle I use one sponge inside by open the grill. And if needs more I place other sticker filter outside the noozle grill. For iem with the ba on the nozzle only the sticker grill filters works. You can find all in ali express. Cheap. But then you prevent wax by changing the filter every 6 months.

If the EQ works well, that means the drivers are capable, but the tuning is not there, at least it's not for you
It is a good iem, just a little too much treble energy.
