you should put it in the guest bathroom. on the wall. and when you lift the lid, there can be some art in the seat or maybe just a fancy calligraphy or word printing thingy (like those "live, love, laugh" thingies) but it just says "Aren't you glad, that we put this on the wall instead?"

So, I have seen cushioned, satin fabric covers for the toilet seat before and ones made out of medium pile carpet too. It's always been one of life's biggest mysteries for me how they kept them unstained and sanitary. I think it would be interesting to see Evan and Katelyn make one out of double-sided suction cup mats. That would certainly keep you from sliding around no matter how fresh from the pool you are.
The fact that covering toilet seats in various substances is slowly becoming part of Evan and Katelyn's brand brings me unending joy

NEXT EDITION of the toilet seat needs to have stripes. Stripes of flocking, stripes of thermo-reactive pigments, and stripes of galaxy that glows in the dark. It also needs to be equipped with a target LED, or even have the string of LEDs embedded in the seat.

the bottom of the lid, the part that you can rest your back against - quilted velvet pillow, but protected with plastic wrap or that clear plastic raincoat material so it's protected without losing the pillowy fluffiness
the top of the lid - straight up flocking
the upper side of the seat, that comes into contact with the butt - thermo-reactive pigments with swirls of galaxy
the bottom part of the seat - clear, has LEDs embedded that light up when the seat gets lifted up, the clear resin has holo flakes in it

@@EvanAndKatelyn Instead of the LEDs embedded in the bottom of the seat, I want there to be a target in the bowl that glows gently when you lift the seat. Bright enough to be used to locate the target, but not *SO* bright that it wakes you up too much in the middle of the night. Perhaps adjustable brightness, so you can turn it up for better visualization whilst cleaning? Maybe a blacklight setting, so you can make sure you got everything? đ
Actually, the addition of a strip of softly glowing lights as ring around the bottom of the seat would be nice, sort of a room nightlight regardless of the reason you might be in the bathroom after dark. Think neon after effects that go on the underside of a car vs a broadway vanity mirror that has very distinctly separate (and bright, ouch!) lights.
I actually have purchased those cheap 'toilet bowl nightlights' & I'm a fan of the concept, though the current execution is meh. Make it work for me, Katelyn and Evan! Make my dreams of an attractively lit, but not so bright it makes it hard to fall back asleep, middle-of-the-night bathroom excursion a REALITY!! Pretty please?!
When I was little, I discovered what stinging nettle felt like- exactly like velvet, just before the pain hit. I cannot stand touching velvet. I'm pretty sure that if I sat on this seat my soul would catapult out of my body and straight into the sun.

if i had a penny for every time evan and katelyn made the most terribly cursed toilet seats in existence, iâd have two pennies, which isnât much but itâs weird that itâs happened twice
Now I want you to make one of those weird "luxurious" toilet seats that has something in them, like resin with flowers, deashells or other weird stuff, but its cased in the resin you sit on. I always saw those in houses of "richer" people since 90s
my Nan and Pop had one of them but they lived in the dodgiest/most bogan neighbourhood in our city. Then my Nan died and my Pop moved 3 hours away to be closer to my Dad so he no longer has the resin seashell toilet seat
My Dad had one of those from the 70s with literal embedded money in it (coin money). We weren't rich at all, in fact we lived in HUD housing (which in most places in the US is called either subsidized housing or the projects).
I was always so jealous of those toilets as a kid. I had a friend whose family had one with lots of colourful fish in it.

fun fact, my ex was a urologist. men should pee sitting down. it allows the bladder to evacuate fully, as it's more relaxed and the urinary tract is more open and aligned, allowing for that better pressure to evacuate the bladder, which is healthier in the long run. so men, think about peeing sitting down. it also helps avoid spraying.

Can confirm. Been sitting while peeing for years! At home, usually. Out and about in public, 80% of the time I will have to choose standing. Also, there's less of that damned residual pee as soon as you zip up!
Bonus: your phone can't possibly fall into the toilet while seated. Bonus2: farts usually also evacuate even if you're just peeing while sitting so think of it as a... all-in-one pitstop?

As someone that's worked in the service industry for a while, I can tell you I've seen brown on the exterior of a toilet more than I'd like to admit. Idk how it happens, it's never happened to me. But I agree with even that extreme testing is better than minimal
You could make a collection of different toilet seats and hang them on the wall in the bathroom or near the bathroom, like follow the toilet seats, to the throne, lol! But keep the moody one on the actual toilet. Great conversation "seatsâ, lol. Maybe even have where when you lift the seats and have some other type of artwork, or funny pics. Quick spay of Lysol now and then should be okay.

To anyone reading. Flocking really doesn't need water proofing :) I am a nail artist and do alot of designs with flocking powder. And when you wash your hands many times a day, not only does it hold up and stay soft, but it dries almost instantly. A toilet seat obviously u want to protect from icky stuff lol but in most applications....flocking powder dries almost instantly and holds up to washing â€ïž

Almost all water/stain proofing sprays contain PFAS --aka forever chemicals linked to thyroid and adrenal disruptions, liver cancer, obesity, and immune system toxicity. But don't worry, because US regulations say that all chemicals are safe until *proven* dangerous (don't take my word for it, just remember/google cocaine as medicine and "healthy" tobacco ads, not to mention DDT clouds that kids played in) AND since only 2 of the 1000s of PFAS have EVER been health tested AT ALL they're already used for water and grease proofing on paper plates and take out containers. So they're already "food safe" đ

We had a resin toilet seat with stuff embedded - my friend had toy fish embedded in hers - they look amazing - but it takes a shed load of resin to cast one!
Let me tell you both something, if you have a stomach bug, or if you've had your gallbladder taken out... brown liquid is absolutely a risk factor for that toilet seat.

Just wanna say i used your code and got myself Raycon earphones a little over a year ago, the basic model and i am absolutely thrilled with them still. I use them mostly roller skating and they have not fallen once (though i have, many times đ), i can hear the music without having the volume too high, even with the noise of the wheels covering the sound. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely buy Raycons again if i ever need to change them !

I have a solution for your toilet seat issues.
Create a quick release latch for the seats and you can give your guests a gallery of seats to you to fit their needs. Velvet on a cold day, mood ring seat when they have some thinking to do, and whatever other seats you choose to design in your new series "A Seat of All Seasons."

Lol. I coincidentally just finished painting mine. The renter before me left it in a 'less than desirable' condition and I'm too cheap, to buy a new one, when I have half empty paint cans standing around.
Will probably do some decoupage on the lid, to make it look a little more fun.
