都心にほど近い場所で仕事に励んできた踏切は、いまでは果てし無く老朽化が進み、とうとう新幹線が通過すると、崩れ落ちてしまいました。すぐに救急車が駆けつけ、手当てをしましたが、それでは対処しきれず、ついに、外国の救急車が応援にやってきて、最新の治療方法で踏切を直していくのでした・・・
