Hey bhaiya, i was wondering what books i should prioritize to do to get the top branches in top NITs. Can you recommend me the books individually. I'm not preparing for advance, i want all my focus on mains and want to score the best i can. Please tell me in detail about what should i do 🙏. Also i heard your music, i make music too. I did all the illustrations, the multicorrect, comprehensions and numerical types. Single correct ones mostly I skipped

can solving only cengage all questions and allen modules get you 60percent+ marks in advance?

bro, if the maths paper comes easy, then you can achieve 60% easily with this much. But if it comes tough, this won't suffice. I suggest solving higher level books after solving these, such as Sameer Bansal sir's calculus book, Vikas Gupta sir's yellow book for algebra, etc. You can watch my video on books for more reference.

Bhaiya, Nishant bhaiya kehte hai cengage karo ekdum ache se phir jyada kuch karne ki jarurat nahi hai aur aap keh rahe hai ki Cengage medium hai, advance ki practice toh humlog yt se bhi karsakte hai itne saare teachers ne adv PYQS and high level problems Kara rakhe hai ex: PW Challengers channel
See, there are many paths one can take to get a good rank in IIT. This is the path that I chose and found helpful. You can try doing cengage completely and following YT for advance questions. If it works well follow that, if it doesn't try something else. At the end of the day if you're practicing medium + high level questions you're in a good position :)

did you do only single correct or all back exerices?
i skipped many single correct questions as they were already covered in the illustrations. I did all the multicorrect questions, Numerical Types, comprehensions and match list types

It’s always better to start now. Finish a particular chapter from your module first, then do Cengage and then when you are gonna revise the same chapter before a test, solve some questions from these high level books
@@studentengineerstory ok bhaiya but some my seniors who are also in iit ....they told me ki sirf abhi coaching material and pyq Karo and last me koi ek refrence book laga Dena toh bhi achi rank aa jayegi even in jee advance and ye strategy mere bhai ne bhi follow Kari thi toh uski bhi jee advance me achi rank aayi thi and woh abhi iitk me h.......even my coaching teacher telling me to do right now only one refrence book maths me Cengage bola h and physics me anurag Mishra and chemistry me abhi bola nahi h kyuki sirf 5 ch khatam hu e h
@@krishshah4878 well that depends from person to person. Try solving only coaching modules and pyqs. If you’re able to get a good rank in your coaching tests then you can stick with it. Otherwise you’ll definitely have to practice more🙂
@@studentengineerstory bhaiya Mera rank 200 students me se top 5 k aaspas aajata h and ab Tak ki sabhi exams me mere 240 ka average Banta h jee mains me and advanced ki exam me 70 k aaspas aajate h 180 me se ....lekin abhi Orr improve karunga......I recent milestone test in my coaching in which I got 6th rank out of 800 students.....so it is necessary to solve more book or not ?
@@krishshah4878 that’s a pretty good thing then. No need to solve anything else. Stay consistent with your performance and try to push your score to 100 in advanced mock tests

Illustrations are enough in Anurag Mishra. For SBT, do the last 20% questions of L1 and complete L2. L3 is up to you

You don’t need any book for Jee advanced organic, follow a good teacher’s notes and you’re set

Nope, that’s what I thought too. But you should do Level 1 for improving accuracy in easy questions and Level 2 for getting acquainted to medium level questions. Because in advanced, you should be able to choose the easy and medium level questions first. If you aren’t exposed to medium level questions, you won’t be able to identify a medium level question in the real exam and might skip it.

VK Jaiswal and Vishal Joshi both are good books for problem solving. However reading JD Lee thoroughly SUFFICES.

read books if you can understand their language. They’re always superior to lectures. However you should watch problem solving sessions!

I would say instead of focussing on a theory book for physical chemistry, give that time to other subjects. If you're doing N.Awasthi completely, your job will be almost done. Do those 19-20 solved examples of RC Mukherjee along with that, nothing else required. And if you really wanna be clear about theory, follow Akhilesh Kanther sir from Apni Kaksha or Alok Kumar sit's YT videos from Competishun, no theory book required!

They actually don't contain every single que so can you suggest from where pyq should be solved?

@@majestic2k2_ you don't have to go that back in time for pyqs. In fact I would recommend you to solve PYQs only from 2007-2014. Then give 2015-2023 as mock tests in the last phase of your preparation. I did that.
Can i do cengage for physical chemistry for advance level???
I wouldn’t recommend Cengage for Physical Chemistry. RC Mukerjee and N. Avasthi are the best books for these. If time permits you can solve Ankit Aggarwal

First try Anurag mishra, if you’re able to solve that, then no need to solve Cengage. Keep on solving cengage till a point you have developed your understanding to such a level that you can solve majority of Anurag Mishra. After that you can stop cengage

If you prepare forIIT-JEE, you're simultaneously getting prepped up for other engineering exams as well. And if you get IIT, you learn to work hard. There is 99% guarantee that you'll get a job with a high package if you get IIT, cause preparing for them is way easier than prepping for JEE!

We highly don't recommend doing pyq's for advanced till your entire syllabus is complete. Complete your syllabus atleast 4-6 months before the final exam date and give the previous year JEE papers as mock tests. That'll help you understand your weakness and will give you an understanding in complete.

Depends on how you prepare. If you work smart, then you can easily achieve it. And if you're aiming for colleges under JEE MAIN, it should be very easy. You gotta start now. If you delay now, you will risk your chances
