There's something very zen about going through my tackle. It's a great way for me to de-stress.
Fyi. I went with picture organizer boxes for my spinnerbaits and buzz baits. Buzzers are longer and bulkier and the picture organizer boxes are working perfectly. Got them from Hobby Lobby for $14.95 and it has 16-4x6 individual boxes in it. Guys check it out. Game changer for me. I added foam in them to cut down on movement and rattle noise.
You got a lot of stuff brother
I’ve had to do this same thing. I used to use the Plano’s as well and found they just didn’t last like I thought they should. I went to the Bass Mafia clear 3700’s. The plastic is heavier and can take more abuse. You might give them a try.
Really enjoy the content you put out. I use the flambeau IQ series boxes (model 140IQ-1) for my loose hooks, weights, and jig heads. Being able to pull a small cup to get a hook is way easier and less of a chance of spilling.
Really enjoy your videos. Best of luck
Always a challenge isn't it. I myself is having the same thing. Good luck this season 👍
I scored a used Buzbe colony 28 hands down the best box I've had they are on the pricey side but being to mix match and moved compartments around sure is nice you can also purchase different size inserts to really customize your box
I can't afford those shelves, and I also don't have that much room for a shelf that size, but I just got an Amazon Basics metal storage rack yesterday. It's perfect for someone with a little less gear and it's only $70. Punch Fishing here on CZcams has a video on a nice rod rack. You could get a few if you have a lot of rods. One rack will hold about 10 rods with reels. Just thought I'd leave these recommendations if someone is looking for storage solutions.
do you ever put zman soft platics straight in plastic boxes or always in the original bags like on your wall ?
My storage has 4 big 5 shelve storage shelves in it for tackle . I need to buy a 5th one .
Question....It seems like Pros could get at least 2-3 years out of a boat and not have the hassle of having to redo everything each offseason. Do you do this because of contractual obligations with sponsors or is it to assure reliability? Does the technology change that quickly that you have to replace everything? Always wondered why pros change their boats out every season. Seems like a ton of hours go into getting a new boat dialed in so just wondering what the motivation is. Thanks
Any idea on the brand of that dark blue box you bought for jig heads I really like that. It only has the one latch
I bag my spinnerbaits. Streamlined and organized
I’d be interested in purchasing some of your extra boxes if you’d be willing to ship them!
What is the model of the box you put your hook packages in? I need to do that. Great vid!
Donate your spare boxes to a local high school.
