I loved the real-life remake of the Brood War opening sequence. Man, that thing was designed so well! RTSes are officially all about strategy, but somehow the memorable ones are almost always the ones with a good plot of the single player capaign.
I wish they hadn’t canceled Ghost back in the day. It would be cool to see StarCraft from the ground and get a sense for how massive a lot of the units really are.
WHERE.. IS.. THEE AIR.. SUPPORT!?!? Is more accurate. They forgot the lightening at the end. You can see too well. The dramatic edge was totally unidentifiable from the OG games expressions and animation. The guy in the marine suit had horrid acting. The black dude had it down, but the camera angle was all wrong. This clip really grinds my gears. That's all from memory. Ive literally memorized the intonation.
Instead of creating a movie like they did Warcraft, they should do an epic never ending Starcraft series. Already an easy 100 episode creation of brilliance. Either live action or animated would be great, but Blizzards cinematics are out of this world.

all i wanted out of the remaster was an updated UI, something that made it more user friendly and less...1999. it's a shame that that can't happen. maybe if they just do the whole UI thing with the campaign and not the multiplayer, the Koreans would be happy.

"Возможно, нам следовало создать фильм на основе StarCraft многие годы назад, но для нас очень важно подобрать команду настоящих творцов, вдохновленных созданной нами вселенной. Если бы Джим Кэмерон пришел к нам завтра и сказал, что он хочет снять фильм StarCraft, мы подписали бы такой контракт", - заявил он.
Функционер Blizzard не уточнил, обращалась ли компания с таким предложением к создателю "Аватара".
Напомним, что на момент написания данной заметки в работе находился другой весьма ожидаемый фанатами кинопроект - фильм по мотивам игры World of WarCraft.
Фильм будет сниматься на студии Legendary Pictures под руководством режиссера Сэма Рейми. Проект пока находится на стадии написания сценария.

all i wanted out of the remaster was an updated UI, something that made it more user friendly and less...1999. it's a shame that that can't happen. maybe if they just do the whole UI thing with the campaign and not the multiplayer, the Koreans would be happy.
