I really liked Vorona's routine - that double arabian was amazingly high and she's using part of Shushunova's music. I find her, Urazova, and Listunova to have the most expressive choreography. They actually dance.

Vlada’s wolf turns are addictive to watch.
Regarding the #1 routine, her Wolf turn was brilliant and made it look elegant. And that’s hard to do for that turn lol.

Viktoria Listunova has the best floor choreographer like in the world lol. Unreal the story and circus like feel she gives she's cute and cheeky but boy shame for the 3rd pass.

But I want to commend the Russian team, that YES they know how to do the dance elements. Hope they bring up the difficulty to have a chance of winning the medal.

With amazing elevation comes increased difficulty in sticking landing on sprung floors. and this means actual small springs each 20 cm or so under floor.
While this prevents injury, floor springing back up throws performer - only soft mats would absorb the energy, and would not allow the athlete to push off the floor.
We will see in Tokyo, if any can overcome this inability.
Ballet floors have less spring, and performers of that art develop deeper plie', pry, knee-bend. This is absent in tiny muscular gymnasts, and is a separate control skill uncommon in men's or women's gymnastics.
The floor used in Rhythmic Gymnastics is like ballet floors (without such resilience, careers are extremely short in any mentioned art).
They just can't hold a candle to the difficulty of the US women. Simone Biles' lower score on floor was 14.650 at the US Championships.
I agree, here their execution might not be the best, but can we talk about their artistry?! Imo there is no comparison to the US women (not them all obviously).😍😍

Yes, Biles has other worldly skills, but her atrocious choreography was a willing choice. Smiling her beautiful smile with a bored AF attempt at the choreography doesn't do it for me.
I'd much rather have her do her skills on a tumble track, than on the FX. She could really do awesome stuff and quit the fake dance. Pose pose hand flick snap figures is not dance.
At least the Russians are actually dancing lol. Forget the scores, it’s still artistic gymnastics.

US women make me stop watching women's gymnastic, those girls are disturbing, too manly, most of them look like their on steroid or something. Gymnatic artistic was one of my favorite sport to watch at the olympic's, now i don't watch international gymnastic at ALL.
