Ok I see a lot of people saying crouching key blast combos only work on bigger characters. That’s kind of a relief cause I use frieza usually as my training dummy and for the life of me couldn’t get it to connect like he was doing. Awesome guide though. Teen gohan was the first I learned. Then Goku and Vegeta. All basic characters with most of the same types of combo strings just to get my muscle memeorh down. Love these guides. I win 99.9 percent of matches since I practiced them.
I would love and easy to advance mix up or block string guide. Idk if you have already.

Is there a specific timing for his combos? For some of them the L,L,S in air doesn't connect or shoot him down. So I can never hit the cS after to extend the combos.

How do i connect the cS-cS in the "M, cM, H>H-L,L,S,cS-cS-M,qcf+LM" combo
This is my first fighting game in awhile I used to play the old arcade fighting games so I'm really behind on jump canceling into combo ect. I'm wondering how are you able to cH twice on a combo I realize giving I'm a novice it might be difficult but I'm just curious because I dont know how to do it
soon after cH you jump quickly and cH again! gotta do it fast enough as usual for every jump cancel combos

I just started playing this game and I managed to do all the combos up to 2:06 I’m having trouble extending the manual combo after you do the crouch heavy followed by the light auto combo ending with a vanish attack and grab I can’t seem to continue the combo after the crouch heavy in mid air any tips on how to fix this ?
XxZerOxSNipExX You’ve probably gotten it by now, but you have to jump and attack IMMEDIATELY after the 2H midair. I’m sure it’s muscle memory for you by now, I’ve been playing less than a month and am pretty consistent with it.

Don't know if u have tried it yet, but as far as I know u deal more damage overall when u just do jump cancel M, 2H to super dash chase instead of doing jump cancel L, M, L, 2H or M, L, L, 2H.. it has something to do with the whole hit decay..

U mean 2H? It's down H.. 2 means down.. it corresponds to the numbers on a key board.. 5 is neutral.. 8 is up.. 6 is right and 4 is left..
For example instead of saying qcf M, in accordance to the key board it's written as 236M
Most guides are written down as key board style due to massive numbers of streamers for this game and most of them plays on a PC..
Yeah I agree it does more damage but I think every L M L 2H is a good way to gain meter. I guess it just all depends on the situation and what you need

How do you end up doing the second Down heavy in the aerial combo, i cant get the timing down or is it another jump cancel

Another jump cancel but what I figured out was when doing the second one you gotta tap the jump and light attack right after the second down heavy in midair
If only I can get used to his ki blast so I can use him to his full potential

yah i think the ones with a double down ki blast are big hitbox only, but everything else [like that sick ass last one] is a-ok

Crixus during the air combo once u get ur 2 hits in with the normal attack button press up + forward and u should be able to continue it from there

You know, I've been having the same trouble, but I noticed something in T. Gohan's combo challenge #10: 2S causes Gohan to jump back and fire off the loop, but 3S causes him to jump forward. I'm still tinkering, but I'm thinking that might be a key to hitting some of these combos.

When you do the cM, M you have to be very close to the ennemi and also jump up and not forward

I'm practicing them against Trunks and no matter what I do half of them just whif 100% of the time.
any combo that requires a crouching special AFTER the super dash won't work with non-big characters [so the last combo should work with everyone on the roster]
