Bro it doesn't work. The explorer patcher when explorer restarts nothing change in taskbar. And when install openshell it doesn't open. When I restart the computer (Not VM) it hangs on the black screen. I followed all of CZcams fix steps but doesn't work. HELP

But you may want to make a txt file with the links on it and the windows 7 files in a downloadable zip file. for those of us how don't have a windows 7 machine to copy then from.. After following along this video I am now stuck.. I can no longer copy or create new folder or move files. The Branding basebrd.dll will not save.. Error "Cannot rename the original file. saving cancelled."

You must have WindowsBlinds installed to apply the skin. If you already have it installed and activated, just double click the wba file and a notification should appear saying that the skin has been installed, and then click on the notification.

You open it and you click on Add Custom Pack or something like that, then select the zip file containing the icons

You can enable taskbar opacity customization in open-shell’s menu settings (use blur/glass for best resemblance)
Enabling glass won't work on Windows 11 using open shell.

WinXP has the option for some Vista/7 Aero themes, but Win11 seems to hate that idea.
Very useful! tho future windows updates might break some stuff but it's overall a good tutorial in length and explanation.
Just disable the windows updates, it won't be broken then.
it's a shame stardock is so scummy. i love windowblinds, luckily the trial is SUPER easy to reset but wow i wish i had an actual patch.
