My dad used to have one of these fox body Mustang's brand new. It was a 1980 Ghia coupe I believe and it was gray. it stopped running around ten years ago so it got sold to someone in 2011 who restored it.

The tower has been milled off its a swap meet carb I have another one I picked up for parts with a broken base plate.

Yeah it had a carb that had the choke horn milled off.

You should add a choke and add starting fluid and use 0w20 oil. I know everything.
