I ordered one, They look fantastic in person and pictures really don't do justice to the over all look of this bike, I been getting my road craft experience up with a scooter 125 and now jumping to "real bike" this has the looks the price point for a new rider like myself before looking at more expensive 125cc or 250cc from more well known makers. Ill leave some feed back on how I find it once I gotten used to how it rides.
I have never known whether to go with brands such as lexmoto or to stick to the larger brands such as Yamaha and Honda, I would just like to know if this is a reliable bike.
+superIkillzz Hi, As long as you keep the bike well serviced as you would with any make or model, then the bike would last you just as long. We have a customer which has a Superbyke RMR (just as an example) which has done over 60,000 miles and still going strong (he just keeps it maintained ) Thanks
+superIkillzz I bought the lexmoto venom and had it a month or so and am as pleased as punch. Having driven cars vans and Landrovers/rangerovers for 25yrs plus, I can tell you that I love the mpg... Saving loads of money. Cant wait till I pass the full bike test and may go for the Lexmoto 250cc.
+Peter Kimble I'm afraid lexmoto doesnt do a bike past 125cc I think they are sticking to them being for people that have only passed their CBT or their A1 license. Hopefully if enough requests are made for one they might consider doing a 250cc model just to test the waters but as of yet no news has been that they are going into the larger bikes. :(
+Peter Kimble The mpg was why I bought an xtrs. It's the 'Pulse' Adrenaline that comes in 250cc. I think I will still have a 125cc for every day anyway. Why pay more in fuel to go to the same places still stuck at 40 MPH A road speed limit on a 400cc +.
Why can't you turn the headlight completely off when riding? and do you know why I can only get a few starts out of the battery before it's dead after a full charge do you think I need a new one or has it got something to do with the altinater it's the same bike as yours if still have your venom

haha well I was very new to riding and was very nerveous, i suppose its ok if youve been riding for awhile, but i wasnt to confident and i was just asking for tips to be honest mate, and i found out my bike wasnt all that, got a mt 125 a few months back and it holds its own. : ) thanks for the reply mate, may not be the answer i was looking for but im happy to say im good with gears etc now and am very comfatable riding. : ) So, ride safe bro :D

+Avon Motorcycles Bristol Ltd Are these 'crash protectors' the knobs or is it a solid multi-contact crash frame? If they are Crash Protectors, I'd take them off right away, no point in having those bend my motorcycle frames.
YoloMcSwaggins They are mounted to the frame if the bike was to be dropped i dont think it would effect the frame itself as they are mounted to there own bracket. Thanks
Avon Motorcycles Bristol Ltd Maybe okay for drops, but if you crash, they will snag on the floor, bending the frame. I've bent two motorcycle frames in the past with those crash knobs on. Funnily, I crashed again and I didn't have those knobs on, and the frame was intact. (I do a fair bit of racing round tracks, but I don't always stay shiny-side up.)
+MoustachePlayz Not really this is A road material at max. You can get to 70mph on a long downhill straight with wind in your back but that's about it ;)
+Harry B Let's be honest most people don't do 70 MPH on the motorway, that's why there's a slow lane, middle lane & fast lane (for those doing 70 MPH). Someone was gunning down the M42 BT me on an Lexmoto Aspire on 1 vid. You just can't with Ls/CBT. You need to pass your bigger cc test 1st.
I meant it has poorer acceleration on higher gears so it's not great for safety in traffic etc plus it wobbles a bit at higher speeds. I passed my test full A test, I wouldn't go on this on a busy M25 regardless, I have one Venom for sale btw if anyone is interested, also with Lextek exhaust etc.
Then just treat it like a lower litre hatchback like a Matiz or something. It's going to have it's limitations it's a 125cc. It's not going to have the power to accelerate quickly, briefly to 80 mph to get you past that lorry safely while at 70 MPH, just stick it in the slow lane and cruise.

Hey, I seem to find it hard to pick up speed on mine I'm a doing somethin ng wrong? when would you say to change gear if your trying to get top speed?

it can do 73mph and 75mph on a down hill with the wind behind you but other wise it can do 70 on a dual carriage way
