Could I be any more grateful for these souls who fought hard to arrive to this pueblo in Sacred Valley, Peru at Munay Sonqo with the intention to share the journey of their heart's in order to unite as one?! A big thank you to all of you: Krystalyn, Tessa, Inka, Leah, Laura, Amanda, Simone, Jennie, Rhiann, Alexandra, Anthony, Donyelle, Liliana, Talin, and Garth who will always be with me no matter what side of the world you are on.

I found your CZcams channel when I was searching Google for answers to why I keep on being drawn to South America. Then you moved to Peru. Then you stayed in Cusco for longer. Then you are in sacred valley that is like the epicenter of the magnet that draws me to it, haha. I wonder what comes next! :)

Hi, are there actually any Peruvians involved in the running of this place?. Just wondering if there's a chance to interact with the locals other than cooks and cleaners?. Thanks! 🙂❤️
Hi! I’m not sure who the owners of Munay Sonqo are but yes, like you said much of the staff are Peruanos. Also we did a Despacho and other ceremonies involving local shamans either chosen by our teachers or recommendations from MS.
But interacting with the locals is entirely up to you like anywhere. Munay Sonqo has a non-profit targeted towards the local community so there’s opportunity to get involved with them and volunteer your time. Every retreat is different too. This was an intensive yoga teacher training renting the place so we had every 5th day off to do whatever we decided. Always up to you to get involved!
