Check out recommended dosage on the electrolytes. Seems like sodium content might be more than you need if youre using multiple packs a day.
Make sure when you look it up you get your info not from the people who own the healthcare systems and profit off you being unhealthy! Sodium when from the right source is nothing to be afraid of, your better off with more than less it’s very easily excreted through urine. Not having enough sodium can be detrimental as it’s an essential mineral for survival
