    Postmenopausal vaginal bleeding can also be caused as @drFelice Gersh explains by a treatment with cyclical progesterone and continuous transdermal estrogen due to uterus lining shedding once a month.

    Am 55 years old.since Jan 2022 after my 3rd dose Vaccination..since then I have spot...only spotno pain..no fatigue.but not bleeding.i went to a gynaecologist..for tests.Uterus ok no polyps...no fibroids.... n size of endometer is -3 mm.

    Biopsy IS PAINFUL. Motrin (I had 2) was useless.
